Karl Morris
Karl is widely regarded as Europe's leading golf performance coach. He has worked with 6 Major Champions and over 100 PGA Tour, European Tour, Challenge Tour, LPGA Tour and Ladies European Tour players and has built a reputation as someone who will help you get the best out of the ability you have, no matter what the level.
A consultant to the PGA of Great Britain and Europe he has presented seminars all over the world to the Australian PGA, South African PGA, German PGA, Swedish PGA, Dutch PGA, Belgian PGA, GUI and the Hong Kong Golf Association, to name a few.
Karl has authored several books including the extremely popular "Lost Art" series and founded The Mind Factor - a practical approach to performance coaching. He also is host of the extremely popular golf performance podcast - The Brain Booster.


Randy Joyner
Randy is one of the most sought after coaches in the southeast. He has been a PGA Professional since 1999 and a PGA Tour Coach since 2008. Randy played professionally on both the PGA Tour and the Korn Ferry Tour.
He coaches players on the PGA Tour, Korn Ferry Tour, DP World Tour, and LPGA Tour. Randy’s students have collected 9 PGA Tour wins, 4 Korn Ferry Tour wins and 2 Major Championships. Randy also coaches professional athletes from then MLB, NBA, NFL, and, NASCAR and is a
13-Time PGA Teacher of the Year Nominee. When not coaching, Randy is often a guest speaker on numerous tv and radio shows, podcasts and special golf events.
Derek Ernst
Derek is a current PGA Tour player and a Tour Mind Factor ambassador. After a stellar collegiate career at UNLV where he was a four-time All-American and two-time Mountain West Conference player of the year, Derek turned pro following the 2012 US Amateur. He made his PGA Tour debut at the Frys.com Open in 2012. After securing his card for the 2013 season, Derek immediately made an impact by winning the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow in a playoff over David Lynn. Over the last few years, Derek has continued to compete on both the PGA Tour and the Korn Ferry Tour while working with Randy Joyner on his golf game. When not competing, Derek has started to coach in his hometown of Dallas using the same techniques he uses to hone his own game.


David Wood
Originally from the east coast of Scotland, David was recruited to play golf at UNC-Chapel Hill. After an All-American collegiate career, David turned professional and played on a combination of mini tours, the Nike Tour and in Europe. Having worked closely with Randy and Karl over the last few years, David is very familiar with their teaching philosophies and techniques. David has been fortunate to compete against - and play with - some of the most successful golfers of the last 30 years - including 3 former World Numbers #1s and numerous major and tour champions. Having observed the habits of the best golfers in the world up close and personally, David is able to bring this knowledge and experience to those with whom he works.
